Volcano Eruption

Volcano Eruption is a new event-only weather added in the Islands Update. When active, the volcano on The Forgotten Isle spews lava with warning rings marking impact zones. Each plant gets a 2% chance per tick to receive the Molten mutation (5×, red-orange). +20% grow speed while active. Never rolls in the regular natural weather cycle — only triggered by admins or scripted island events.

Planting Strategy

Volcano Eruption is the Molten farming window. Molten stacks multiplicatively with sprinklers, weight, ripening and color variants, so the ideal setup is a plot of high-base-weight island crops (Isle Relic Tree 0.80 kg, Lava 0.6 kg, Coconut 0.5 kg) inside overlapping Basic + Turbo + Super sprinklers, then hit the eruption window. Warning rings show incoming impact zones — stay clear or take damage.

Molten

Molten is a 5× red-orange (#FF6600) mutation added in the Islands Update. Only spawns during a Volcano Eruption weather event, which is admin/event-only and never rolls naturally. Volcano Eruption lasts 5 minutes with a 2% mutation chance per plant per tick. Molten stacks with sprinkler weight and ripening — a Lush Molten Lava fruit is one of the highest-value island harvests in the game.
