How Weather Works in Garden Horizons
Weather in Garden Horizons changes on a random 5-minute cycle. Every 5 minutes the current weather event ends and a new one is selected based on weighted spawn probabilities extracted from the game's source code. There is no fixed schedule or pattern — you cannot predict which weather comes next.
Each weather type has a spawn weight and a cooldown timer. For example, Fog has the highest weight (5 out of 15 total = 33.3% chance) and a 15-minute cooldown, while Starfall has the lowest weight (1/15 = 6.7%) and the longest cooldown of 30 minutes. Once a weather event finishes, it cannot reappear until its cooldown expires.
Some weather events are admin-only — they never spawn naturally and only appear during special live events like Admin Abuse. These include Meteor Shower (Meteoric 10×), Tsunami (Tidal 2×), Lucky Block Seed Rain (free seeds), and Beam Clash (Salad/Banned 10×).
Every weather event lasts exactly 5 minutes. New weather rolls immediately after.
Weather is not on a fixed cycle. Each roll uses weighted probabilities from the game code.
Each event has a 10–30 minute cooldown preventing back-to-back repeats.
