1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Garden Horizons Wiki (gardenhorizonswiki.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision.

2. Description of Service

Garden Horizons Wiki is a free, unofficial fan-made encyclopedia for the Roblox game “Garden Horizons” developed by Dawn Digital. The site provides game information, guides, live stock rotation data, a seed value calculator, and an interactive seed pack mini-game.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Dawn Digital or Roblox Corporation. All game content, names, and assets referenced on this site are the property of their respective owners.

3. Eligibility

You may use this site if you are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction to use online services). If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

4. Roblox Account Sign-In (OAuth 2.0)

Certain features (seed pack stats tracking, leaderboards, and your profile page) require you to sign in with your Roblox account via Roblox OAuth 2.0. When you sign in, we receive:

• Roblox User ID — a numeric identifier for your Roblox account.
• Username — your current Roblox display name / username.
• Avatar thumbnail URL — a link to your Roblox avatar image.

We do not receive your Roblox password, email address, or any other private account information. We do not gain the ability to perform any actions on your Roblox account (e.g., we cannot send messages, make purchases, or modify your account in any way).

Your session is stored as a token in your browser's local storage. You can log out at any time, which deletes the session token from your browser and invalidates it on our server.

5. Seed Pack Mini-Game

The seed pack feature is a free, entertainment-only mini-game. It does not involve real money, Robux, or any form of currency. No purchase is required to participate.

• Virtual seeds earned have no monetary value and cannot be traded, sold, or transferred.
• Leaderboard rankings are for entertainment purposes only and do not confer any prize or reward.
• Daily limits apply (currently 10 free packs per UTC day). We reserve the right to change limits, drop rates, or scoring at any time.
• A “pity system” guarantees a legendary drop after a set number of opens without one. The threshold may change without notice.

6. Data Collection & Storage

We collect and store the following data:

a) Anonymous visitors (no sign-in)

• Google Analytics 4 — anonymised page views, session data, and approximate geographic region via cookies. No personally identifiable information (PII).
• Google AdSense — may set cookies for personalised advertising.
• Seed pack pity counter — stored in Cloudflare KV under a random anonymous ID (generated locally in your browser). Contains only open count and pity state — no personal data.

b) Signed-in users (Roblox OAuth)

• Roblox User ID, username, and avatar URL (as described in Section 4).
• Seed pack game data: total opens, inventory (which seeds you obtained), open history (last 50 opens with timestamps), points, and pity counter.
• Session token (hashed) with creation timestamp and expiry.

All data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure (Workers KV, D1 database, R2 storage) within Cloudflare's global network. We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to any third party beyond the service providers listed above (Google, Cloudflare).

7. Data Retention & Deletion

Anonymous data: Pity counter data in KV expires automatically after 30 days of inactivity.

Signed-in user data: Your game profile data is retained as long as your account exists. You may request deletion of all your data by contacting us at [email protected]. Upon request, we will delete your user record, inventory, history, and session data within 30 days.

Logging out does not delete your game data — it only ends your active session. Your stats and collection will be available when you sign in again.

8. Cookies & Local Storage

This site uses:

• Cookies — set by Google Analytics and Google AdSense (third-party only). We do not set first-party cookies.
• Browser local storage — used for: session token, anonymous ID, daily limit cache, seed pack prompt preferences, sound alert settings, and push notification subscription state. All local storage data stays on your device and can be cleared via your browser settings.

You can opt out of Google Analytics with the GA Opt-out Browser Add-on and manage ad personalisation at Google Ad Settings.

9. Intellectual Property

“Garden Horizons”, its game assets, names, and related imagery are the intellectual property of Dawn Digital and/or Roblox Corporation. This site uses them under fair use for informational and educational purposes.

Original wiki content (text, guides, layouts, code) is © 2026 Garden Horizons Wiki. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our original content without written permission.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the site or its APIs in a manner that degrades service for other users.
• Attempt to manipulate leaderboard rankings, seed pack outcomes, or daily limits through exploits or circumvention.
• Impersonate other users or misrepresent your identity.
• Use the site for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Interfere with or disrupt the site's infrastructure (Cloudflare Workers, KV, D1, R2).

We reserve the right to block access or delete accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice.

11. Push Notifications

You may opt in to browser push notifications for stock rotation alerts. These are delivered via the Web Push protocol through Cloudflare Workers. You can unsubscribe at any time through the stock page settings or your browser notification settings.

We store your push subscription endpoint URL and keys on our server. No personal information is linked to push subscriptions unless you are signed in.

12. Disclaimers

• The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• Game data (prices, grow times, drop rates) may be inaccurate or outdated. We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee it.
• Live stock data is sourced from in-game observations and may have delays or errors.
• We are not responsible for any actions taken based on information found on this site.
• Service availability is not guaranteed. The site may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, Cloudflare outages, or other factors.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Garden Horizons Wiki and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or profit, arising from your use of or inability to use the site.

14. Third-Party Services

This site relies on the following third-party services:

• Cloudflare — hosting, CDN, Workers, KV, D1, R2 storage.
• Google — Analytics (GA4) and AdSense.
• Roblox — OAuth 2.0 authentication.

Each service has its own terms and privacy policies. We encourage you to review them.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Poland.
