Chestnut is a new Rare multi-harvest mainland tree added in the Islands Update release patch. 10-minute grow, 100-second fruit regrow, 380 Shillings base value at 0.12 kg (a strong Rare-tier per-fruit value). Sold in Bill's Shillings shop and the Robux Seed Pack rotation. Plant-and-forget economy tree that pairs well with Turbo Sprinkler for weight scaling.

Grow time scales with target fruit size. The time shown above is the base grow time for a 0.12 kg harvest. If you use sprinklers to grow a heavier fruit, the crop will take proportionally longer to reach full size — a fruit twice as heavy takes roughly twice as long to grow.
Weight & Value
A typical Chestnut weighs around 0.12 kg at harvest. Crop weight has a major impact on how much it sells for — the scaling is quadratic, meaning a specimen twice as heavy as average earns roughly four times more at the market.

Chestnut Strategy
Chestnut is the new Rare-tier income tree slot. 380 base × 3 (Lush) = 1,140 per fruit before mutations, and the 100-second regrow makes it a steady drip. Compared to Rose (also Rare, 320 base × 3 = 960), Chestnut wins on per-fruit but Rose regrows faster (70s). Both are viable — pick based on whether you're optimizing raw payout or throughput.
