Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to common Garden Horizons questions
What is Garden Horizons?
Garden Horizons is a Roblox gardening game by Dawn Digital, releasing 22 February 2026. It features deep plant economics, weather-based mutations, and a fully PVE environment.
Can other players steal my plants?
No. Garden Horizons is a pure PVE game. Your plants and crops are fully protected – no stealing, no gifting mechanics.
What is the Lush variant and how do I get it?
Lush is a 3× multiplier ripening stage. It requires 7.2× the plant's base grow time while you are online. A Lush plant with mutations worth 11× total gives 33× the base price.
How do mutations work in Garden Horizons?
Weather events trigger mutations. Multiple mutations on one plant are additive (summed), then multiplied by the ripening/color variant. For example: Shocked (4.5×) + Starstruck (6.5×) = 11× mutation sum, × 3 (Lush) = 33× final multiplier.
When does Bill restock seeds?
Bill restocks every 5 minutes. Weather also changes at the same 5-minute intervals, so plan your planting around the weather you want.
What is the best plant for beginners?
Carrot (🥕) – costs only 20 Shillings, base sell 30, Lush sell ~136. Fast grow time means you reach Lush quickly. For mid-game, Beetroot (2,500 buy / 3,750 base) is excellent.
What is Plot 3 and why is it recommended?
Plot 3 (Canyon) is strategically optimal because it has the shortest walking distance to Town Square (where Bill, Molly and Steve are), saving valuable time.
What is the Favoriting Tool?
A 80,000 Shilling tool sold in a 2-pack that marks plants with a golden star, preventing accidental harvest or sale. The gold star is only visible when holding the tool.
Does Plant Cap affect mutation chances?
No – each plant has its own independent mutation timer. Filling to Plant Cap maximises your total mutations since every plant rolls independently.
What are upcoming features?
Update 1 brings the Trowel (move plants without destroying them). Later: Pets (non-tradeable, growth buffs), island exploration, Halloween and Christmas seasonal events.
